Taken in March near Onion lake, just outside of Thunder Bay ON.
one of 9 from a burst. I love the twin expressions on their face :D

We were out on a winter-camping trip for OSATII with Lakehead University. We spent a whole day snow shoeing down a frozen river. It was a fantastic day and towards the end we came across nice steep bank and a few of the blokes started doing this sort of crazyness. so I took photo's!

This photo went on to win 1st place in the outdoor recreation photo comp at the uni.

Good times, great people, better memories.
Enjoy!
Sven.

Everything has been frozen all winter - and there are still large chunks of ice on the lake, and the harbour is still covered. its crazy!

our weather's just mental. the day that it was snowing, we were sitting in the conservatory with the windows open. i went to stand in the fridge because i was so hot, and it was snowing outside :-/ things never freeze over that much here though.... shame really
